I was happy with the final quality of the product, but not the service.
It was many months of back and forth where the impression i got was the customer service representative (Kiki Liu) was not bothered.
Despite that, i proceeded with a second order and received the same 'not bothered' attitude from Kiki.
If you do proceed with this company, make sure you are not assigned to KIKI LIU
